CruiseShipCenters is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable Provincial and Federal privacy laws. What information do we collect? In order to arrange your vacation, we must collect certain personal information such as: - Passport or Permanent Resident Card Details

- Health Questionnaire
- Special Dietary Requests/Needs
- Contact Information (address, telephone, e-mail)
- Emergency Contact Information
This information may be provided to the specific travel and insurance companies that are part of your travel itinerary, (e.g. Cruise Lines, Airlines, and Travel Insurance companies). Depending on your travel plans, Government Agencies such as Customs & Immigration may require some of this information as well. Your personal travel preferences At CruiseShipCenters, we take pride in being your Dream Vacation Specialists®. That’s why we created the 7Seas® Club. If you choose to become a member, we will send you information suited to your unique travel preferences. You have complete control over this information and can modify or opt-out of the program at any time. You can view or modify your personal travel preferences whenever you choose. Just visit the "My Profile" tab at any time to view your preferences. Protecting your data Most customer information is stored on our password-protected computer network and a backup of the data is maintained in a secure, off-site storage facility. However, you should be aware that there is no method of communicating or storing data that is completely secure. While the risks associated with each method of communication vary; mail, telephone calls, faxes and Internet transmissions are all susceptible to possible loss, misrouting and interception. How long do we keep your information? We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone. How to access your personal information? CruiseShipCenters allows reasonable access to review personal information and will endeavor to provide the information requested within 30 days of a written request. CruiseShipCenters may decline access to personal information on various grounds permitted or required by law, including: when disclosure would divulge confidential competitive business information; the information is not readily retrievable and the burden or cost of providing access is disproportionate to the nature of the request; access could interfere with or prejudice an investigation or proceeding by CruiseShipCenters or Government Authorities. Who has access? In order to complete your travel arrangements, Cruise and Travel Consultants, CruiseShipCenters Franchise Owners, Employees and Contractors of CruiseShipCenters International Inc., selected Travel Providers and Government Authorities will have access to all or parts of the personal information we collect. Travel Providers and Government Authorities have their own privacy policies and practices that CruiseShipCenters cannot control. You may wish to review those policies, which are usually available via the Internet. |
